We work closely with our clients during every step of the family building journey, from reviewing fertility clinic forms and surrogacy agency contracts, to drafting egg donation agreements, sperm donation agreements, and surrogacy agreements, to securing legal parentage through appropriate confidential court proceedings. As a fertility lawyer, I’ve helped clients throughout the U.S. and internationally navigate everything from egg donation, to traditional and gestational surrogacy, to embryo disposition agreements, to confirmatory adoptions.  I’ve been recognized as one of Maine’s 40 Under 40 for my work in reproductive rights and family formation, and I’ve contributed to landmark legal cases, including a New York Supreme Court decision that was the first of its kind recognizing three legal parents through assisted reproduction.  I believe every family deserves legal recognition and equitable access to care.  I remain committed to providing compassionate legal guidance that protects your family and the rights of all families grown through assisted reproduction and adoption.
